phhewww...feeling tired le...went out too much liao...so 2dae guai guai stay at home lo....hmmm..went jogging 2dae wor...1st time exercise since i injured my shoulder in Aug...cos...tink can exercise le ba..so i do some light jogging lo...cos i reali FAT le...sooobbbbb...im not eating animore liao le...wo yao jian fei!! :<

hmmm..sen arh...not i long winded hor..but i keep getting msgs mah...some pple like so hard to listen one nor...hmm..hao ba..aniwae...friendster msgs i replied le..i wont comment bout tis incident again till e person cools down...continue my own life le...stopped....
